General Requirements
•IrisBG Desktop
App Manager version 5 supports IrisBG Desktop version 3.6.4 and later versions and utilizes the "command line tasks" interface loading data through the IrisBG data import module. A license to the data import module is required. For more details about supported IrisBG Desktop versions, visit our download page.
Depending on your environment you may need to configure your system to grant access to:
•Internet access
You may need to configure a firewall exception to allow App Manager to access internet. The communication between App Manager and the App Service is carried out using traditional https over port 443.
•Windows Task Scheduler access
For some older version of App Manager, you may need to configure an exception in to allow App Manager to run Windows Task Scheduler which might be used to communicate with IrisBG.
