Error log file

 

If you have technical issues with the App Manager, please send us the error log by selecting "send error log" from the menu.

 

If you have problems starting the software, please navigate to the hidden user profile folder:

 

For version 4.2 and later, the file is named

 

c:\Users\<myinitials>\AppData\Local\Botanical_Software_Ltd\FloriaAppManLogFile.txt
 

For older versions, the file will be found here

 

c:\Users\<myinitials>\AppData\Local\Difo\Iris3\IrisBGAppManLogFile.txt
