Before you can start using the Floria Handheld App, you need to make sure that an App dataset is available for the users.
•The App Dataset contains a subset of your collection data relevant for the App.
•You can reduce the dataset size by only including higher ranking images.
•We recommend that you upload a fresh App Dataset at regular intervals. Typically, after inbox changes have been committed.
•For institutions with multiple collection sites, users can select multiple sites and upload all selected datasets in one operation.
Not receiving email when resetting pin code?
•The App Dataset includes the user initials, name and email address to all personnel. The email address is used to send the user details about their pin code.
•If you are having issues with users not receiving their pin code, verify that the email address is correct. Contact Botanical Software support if you are having issue receiving the pin code.
•You can upload the latest personnel data separately as well from the file menu, by selecting "upload users".
