Technical issues
T1. Item numbers are not sorted correctly
Item numbers are sorted alphabetically, 1, 2, 10, 11, 12, 3, 4, 5.
Workaround: Inform staff.
T2. Changes to accession details and item details does not always comes through
If user changes accession details, such as taxon name or determination level and then change item details on the same accession, such as label status. We have seen instances where only the item changes comes through to App Manager.
Workaround: Consider not mixing these changes in the same session or add a task to update the identification.
T3. Non sequential item numbers may cause issues with new items
If items are deleted on desktop, leaving a gap in the item numbers, a new item created in Floria may cause issues when syncing back to IrisBG.
Workaround: Ensure the item numbering are sequential.
